What we collect
When you submit the request form or the contact form we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the ZIP code and address where you would want a dumpster, the size and timing you have in mind, what you are throwing away, and any notes you add. If you call or text (601) 654-7003 we keep a record of that too.
We also collect ordinary web analytics through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta (Facebook) pixel — pages viewed, how you got here, general location and device. Those tools set their own cookies.
What we do with it — please read this part
Pine Belt Dumpsters is an information and referral site. We do not own trucks and we do not haul anything. When you submit a request, we share the details you gave us — including your name, phone number, email address and the job address — with one or more local dumpster providers who can service the request, and we may be paid for doing so. In plain terms: your contact details may be shared with, or sold to, local providers who can service your request. That is how this site makes money, and it is the reason the form exists.
Once we pass your details on, the provider has its own copy and its own privacy practices, which we do not control. Expect that provider — and us — to contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Standard call and message rates apply. Tell either of us to stop and we stop.
Submitting the form is a request for contact, not an order. Nothing is booked, no delivery date is held and nothing is charged.
What we don’t do
We do not take payment on this site, we never ask for card details, and we do not store any. We do not sell your information to people who cannot service your request — we are not feeding you into a general marketing list, and we do not share it for unrelated advertising. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
How long we keep it, and getting it deleted
We keep requests in our own records so we can follow up and so we know which providers we sent what to. Email info@pinebeltdumpsters.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop passing it on — your choice, no reason needed. If your details have already gone to a provider, ask them to delete their copy as well, and tell us if they don’t.
