Terms of Service
Pine Belt Dumpsters (“we”) is a local booking service operated by EZ Biz Services, Petal, Mississippi. Hauling and disposal are performed by insured, independent local operators (“haulers”).
Booking & payment
When you book, your card is authorized for the rental amount but not charged. It is charged only when a hauler confirms your delivery. If we cannot confirm your delivery, the authorization is released in full and you owe nothing.
Pricing
The price shown includes delivery, pickup, the stated rental period, and the stated included tonnage. Additional weight is billed at $75 per ton based on the disposal facility’s scale receipt, which is available to you on request. Additional rental days are $10 per day. Prohibited items (tires, batteries, paint, chemicals, freon appliances, hazardous waste) may not be placed in the dumpster; disposal surcharges caused by prohibited items are passed through at cost.
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge until 24 hours before your scheduled delivery window. Inside 24 hours, a $75 trip fee applies if the hauler has already been dispatched. If we fail to deliver, you pay nothing.
Placement & property
Dumpsters are placed where you direct, on your property, at your direction. Protective boards are available on request. You are responsible for ensuring placement is permitted (e.g., HOA rules, street permits where required).
Liability
Haulers are independent businesses carrying their own general liability and auto insurance; we verify certificates of insurance before dispatching work. Claims arising from delivery or pickup are handled with the hauler’s insurer; we will assist in facilitating any claim.
