How long can you keep it?
Seven days is the standard rental period quoted in this market, though some providers bundle 10 or 14 days and some national packages run 28 days at a much higher headline price. Past the included period, extra days commonly run $10 to $25 each.
Timing the delivery
Take delivery the day you actually start, not a few days early. The clock runs from the drop, and a can sitting empty for three days before you begin is three days wasted.
For weekend projects, a Friday drop and a Monday pickup is the usual pattern.
If the job runs long
Call the provider before the period runs out rather than after. Extra days are a published rate at most outfits here, but nobody likes finding out about them on the invoice.
Once it is full, call for pickup rather than waiting for the last included day. And when you are comparing quotes, check the included days as carefully as the price — a cheaper quote with fewer days is not cheaper.
